Stadium Renovation Project On-line Donations – Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my club seat gifts directed?
All annual gifts are directed to the WSF, with initial gifts going directly to stadium funding.
What are the tax incentives for my gifts?
A portion of your gifts to the WSF are tax deductible. Outright gifts to the WSF that do not provide seating or parking privileges are 100% tax deductible. Gifts to the WSF that are required for seating or parking options are typically 80% tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for information on the deductibility of gifts to Redbird Athletics.
What are priority points?
Priority points are accumulated over time in relation to giving levels as well as longevity of giving to the WSF and holding of season tickets. Priority points are vital to creating a fair and equitable manner in which donor benefits are allocated, and are utilized to reward both donor loyalty and generosity.
Why are priority points important?
As demand for premium seating and parking increases, priority points become progressively more important in retaining or achieving the level of benefits desired. Priority points are used to allocate nearly every WSF benefit, outlined by the Benefits Chart on page 6.
Where do I rank within the priority point structure compared to other donors?
Personal rankings can be viewed on the WSF website. To access, donors must know their Account No., as well as the email address associated with their WSF account. Please
to access the WSF website. Feel free to contact any WSF personnel listed on page 10 to identify your ranking.
How do I add to my priority points and improve my ranking?
Participants can increase their priority points through gifts to athletics, season tickets and/or referrals. Increasing points may improve point ranking based on the activity of other WSF donors. All non-season ticket holders can improve their seat selection date and time by becoming a season ticket holder for the upcoming 2012 football season.
When must final contributions be made in order to increase my priority points being used for the seat selection?
All contributions (gifts to athletics, season tickets and referrals) made on or before April 1, 2013 will be used to determine priority point rankings for the Hancock Stadium seat selection. On April 2, 2013, all WSF accounts and priority point rankings will freeze. Any contributions made after April 1, 2013 will not be reflected in the Hancock Stadium seat selection.
